Easter at the Maxwells!!

Next up Easter with Nana and Pawpaw!! We made it over to my Mom's about 4:30 I think... 

Nana and Pawpaw had a few Easter goodies for the kids!! 

The kids LOVED their little surprises!! Emery got magnetic dress up dolls and Max got a Tell time game!! They both got a book and a puzzle! A BIG thanks to Nana and Pawpaw for their goodies!! 

It didn't take Emery long to realize that their were eggs HIDDEN all over Nana and Pawpaw's house!! She was screaming "Look nother one!!" and "Ahhhh nother one!!" 

"Oh my goodness!!" Emery was ready to hunt some eggs!! My parents opted to hide inside as the weather wasn't looking too good and it was sprinkling a little that day. I think the kids LOVED it!! There were LOTS of fun hiding spots!!

Nana and Pawpaw did a good job hiding the eggs!! The kids were running around room to room gathering them up!!

Short break to count our eggs. We were making sure we had them all!! The kids were to find 19 eggs a piece out in the main living area and then they both had one hidden in Nana and Pawpaw's room that was their surprise egg!!

Max found his pretty quick!! He was very SURPRISED to find a DOLLAR in his egg!!

It took Em a little while to find her egg. Nana kept telling her it is hidden with one of your favorite things....She finally found it hidden in between the puppy's legs!! Emery was excited to get "more monies!!" 

Checking out what was inside their eggs....MONEY!!! Yay!! Mom and Dad figured the kids had gotten enough candy so they gave the kids change in all their eggs!! 

After opening each one...Emery would yell "Oh WOW!" 

Then she would turn around to Nana and show her an EXCITED face!! 

This girl is just TOO CUTE for words!!

PURE CUTENESS!! Emery is such a Pawpaw's girl!! She just ADORES him!! These pics are PRICELESS!!

Dinnertime!! Max had cucumbers, carrots and ranch, pickles, olives, corn and rolls!

Emery had turkey, corn, cucumbers, carrots and ranch, and pickles! 

And for dessert we had some more YUMMY Easter bunny cake!! The kids actually helped Nana make it the day before hence why my mom said it isn't the greatest looking cake ever ;)

Easter turned out to be another SPECIAL day with our dear family!! We are truly BLESSED to be LOVED by so many and getting to spend our day surrounded by them!! So wish the rest of our family could have been here with us too!!
