My lil baby is officially 6 months old today! Happy 6 months Max! Mommy and Daddy can't believe how fast these 6 months have gone by! You are such a wonderful addition to our family! I cannot even try and express the love mommy and daddy have for our sweet lil boy! He is such a blessing and we thank God everyday for him!

Merry Christmas everyone! Craig, Max and I hope that everyone has a wonderful Christmas! What an amazing day to celebrate the birth of our savior! GOD IS GOOD!

Hope everyone is having a wondeful Christmas Eve! Craig, Max, and I have been enjoying our day together! We got the house all cleaned up...for the grandparents are coming over tonight to have dinner together! We made cookies for Santa and I even let Max taste the icin! He thought it was pretty yummy! Other than that we have just been relaxin and spendin some good time together. Craig is off till Jan 5th....so I am VERY HAPPY!

We had Christmas lunch yesterday with our friends Kim and her two daughters Madison and McKenzie! We ate at El Patron! It was very yummy! Max was very good of course! He got an activity walker from Kim and the girls! So fun! Then we went over to visit another friend Michele that is pregnant with a baby girl! It is so fun to get to visit with everyone over the holidays!!!

We celebrated Christmas at the Lawsons last night! Max got to share in the fun of opening presents for the first time with all of his cousins! He got some pjs, books, shape sorter, glowworm and an ornament! He just pretty much wanted to eat the wrapping paper! HA! We read the Christmas story and enjoyed some birthday cake for baby Jesus!

Well...it is official! Max started babbling this weekend and of course he started with da da! WHATEVER! I can't believe it. I have been saying ma ma ma, da da da, la la la, and ba ba ba AND of course he has to say da da da ALL the time! Craig is eatin it up! He just loves it!

Ate me some PEARS! Max had pears today for the first time...lets just say he liked them a lot more than those peaches!! I don't think he was exactly too sure about the texture though...they were a little gritty!

6 days till Christmas!

Max wasn't so sure of Santa at first....but he loved playing with his beard!! HA!

Max had his 6 month pictures at Portrait Innovations today and he got to meet Santa for the first time! He had a great day! Craig took a half day off so we got to have some family time! It was really a lot of fun to get to spend the day with Craig and Max! Max did great of course for all the pictures! He is such a GREAT baby! We even got some family pictures made...I will post the pictures later....we are giving some as Christmas presents so I don't want to ruin the fun!!!

PEACHES ARE NASTY! Max had peaches for the first time today and he gagged and gagged. Lets just say I tried a few times and he just doesn't like them. He actually spit some out too! I don't think I am going to even try giving them to him again! Poor thing! I just knew he was going to like all his fruits......guess not....

Max and I made Christmas ornaments a few weeks ago. We actually made them with Hannah and Charity over at Charity's house. We made handprints and footprints out of a flour and salt mixture. It was really a lot of fun. Max really could have cared less about it! HA! They were really cute and I was hoping to get to keep them over the years!! But....sadly they have all cracked!! I guess I didn't do something right! Imagine that...me not knowing how to bake....Well at least they were cute for this Christmas and we had FUN doing it!

Max had applesauce for the first time this morning! He LOVED it of course! I think my lil man is going to be a fruit lover!!! This pic was too cute not to post! He was like man you have been holdin out on me...this stuff is good!!!

Watchin some Veggie Tales: The Star of Christmas! Doesn't he look like a big boy!!!

He only watched it for about 10 min and then he was rollin off to do something else! HA!

Well, baby Max is officially 24 weeks old! He is weighing in at 18lbs and 28inches long!!!! Can you believe that...if he doesn't stop he is going to be taller than his mommy by the time he is 5! Okay...you can stop laughing now...I know I am short!! HA!

New things my lil man is doing....he is very interested in toys! He loves to just sit and pull all the toys out of the basket. It is so funny to watch which toys he actually likes...he will pull out a toy look at it and then if he likes it he will chew on it for a while otherwise he tosses it to the side! Too cute! He is able to sit up on all fours if I put him that way. He can stay that way for a min or two! He is getting so strong! He is really turning into a momma's boy! He cries when I leave the room and he smiles and laughs when I come back in!! Such a lil stinker! He knows he has his momma wrapped around his finger! He loves him some daddy too! He gets all smiley and excited when daddy gets home everyday! He knows the word bottle now. When I ask him if he is ready for his bottle he either gets excited or he cries a little! I just can't believe he knows what

the word is without seeing the actual bottle! So smart! He of course knows he is going to eat when I put him in his highchair because he opens his mouth right away...so if I don't have the food ready he gets pretty upset!

As for his lil cold...it is about gone. I only have to suck out his nose a few times a day! As for the blood in his diaper...it has only happened once in the last two weeks! YEAH! Thank you Lord for placing your healing hands on my lil boy!! I has been such a relief to not see any more blood in his diaper!

Well...guess that is enough for now! I am off to bed! Hopefully lil man will sleep tonight! He had me up about every hour last night!?

Bad hair day!

Max woke up from nap with a crazy hair do! I am thinkin he must have rubbed his head up against the pillow to make it all crazy frizzy! TOO FUNNY! I couldn't stop laughin! I put water on it a few times today but it still looked all crazy at times!!

My first FRUIT! NANAS!

Max had his first fruit this morning! It was bananas!! He loved them of course! What baby doesn't like fruit! It is much better than those veggies! I have actually tasted all his food that he is getting and I must say that the bananas are probably the best so far! I just hope he keeps eatin his veggies!

Red faced SANTA!

My lil red faced Santa! Poor thing his face is so chapped from his lil cold! I know he will be glad when I don't have to suck out his nose or wipe his face anymore!!!

Liked me some GREEN BEANS!

Max ate green beans for the first time yesterday! He loved them! He just ate them right up! I was so glad since he didn't really care for the peas too much!! HA!

Well...Max started having a stuffy nose last week and Friday it turned into a runny nose! He woke up about every hour Friday night because he couldn't breath! I was suckin out his nose a lot! YUCKY! Poor thing he just didn't understand why he couldn't suck on his pacy and breath at the same time! SO...we have been going through this little cold for a few days now! I called to MD yesterday but they said just wait it out...if he has the runny nose for 5-6 days then they will need to see him...of course if he develops fever or loss of appetite...then they need to see him right away! But thankfully Max is doing pretty good with eating. I mean he isn't eating like normal but enough to not be worried! On top of Max being sick...now Craig is sick too! He sounds like crap! Poor thing! So I have two babies to take care of this week! HA! I love you babe!
