We left for Chicago on Thursday night June 2nd and made it about 7 hrs!!
The kids did so great on the way down!
Lets just say if we didn't have tvs and snacks I am not so sure we would have made it! LOL
We ended up stopping about 11 Thurs night in Bloomington, IL. Emery was sacked out and Max told us he was ready for bed. We told him to just close his eyes and he said "but I need a bed"! LOL We all started laughing so hard when he said this. And of course Max kept repeating it because he got us so tickled! As soon as we got in the room both kids we acting like wild monkeys!! It was crazy! It didn't last too long and they were both sacked out!
We got up the next morning and took our time....We only had about 2 hrs of driving left! We met up with Nana and Pawpaw and headed on into Chicago!
We were having fun with the camera and making faces...you can tell we were just a little bored of being in the car.....
Towards the end of the drive Emery was just about DONE with the carseat....
Thankfully we only had about 45 min of fussy time! Let me just tell you when Emery is ready to get out....EMERY IS READY TO GET OUT!!! Ha!!
