Halloween Chex Mix and a crazy sleeper!

Another Pintrest idea!!! A fall/Halloween chex mix!!

I so should have taken a pick of all the yummies that went into it! But I will just list them for you. We threw in some honey nut cheerios, coco puffs, peanuts, cheese its, chocolate chips, reeses pieces, candy corn, marshmellow pumpkins, and pretzels!
We all thought it turned out yummy! I personally think it looks better than it tastes unless you eat things individually. But most others that have tried it like it all together.

We bagged some of it up to share with our teachers at Max's school! They were oh so excited to get a yummy treat!

This is totally random but hilarious!! I went into Emery's room to cover her up at naptime and found her like this....

Just too funny not to share!! I mean seriously how can you fall asleep like this!

Puzzle Time and a lil cuteness!

Earlier this week the dreaded stomach virus hit our house! Ugh! Craig started us off and Max and I followed. I am not sure that Emery ever really had it but she felt bad and had fever because of her first flu shot. So with that said we stayed home tonight while Craig went to church. Figured I would keep our germs at the house a little longer :)

After bathtime Max wanted to do his dinosaur puzzle. I wasn't sure if I could entertain Emery enough to keep her out of it but Max insisted that she help too!
I have to admit I was a little shocked! Max wanted his sister to HELP!!??? Anyways, we went with it and Emery had a blast!

She was all about it! I gave her all the inside pieces while Max put together the outside pieces!

We had a few mishaps were Emery just knew she was big enough to put the puzzle together to or destroy it....LOL

No worries I quickly got her back to her inside pieces :)

Then when it was time for Max to actually do the inside pieces Emery handed him each one!!

Such a BIG helper!!!

Everyone was happy!!

We finished out puzzle just in time for our snack time and show before bed!

And these two little lovies just snuggled right up and had their snack together! Being so sweet....

Until Emery tried to sneak her hand into Max's snack cup! LOL

And then there was pure sweetness again!!

Oh my goodness!! I just love these two sweet babies!!! The week started out rough but today has been so great! The kids let me clean clean clean and then we had lots of fun playing!! What a GREAT day it has been!!!

Ghost Feetprint!!

This all came about because of a little thing called PINTREST!!!

Max was super excited to help me paint the canvases black!
And Emery too!! She watched her bubba for a minute and....

She stuck out her tongue and started painting!! So stinking cute!

Max really did a good job! I only had to help him a little!

Time for some GHOSTS!!!

How stinking cute is that!!!

And a few finishing touches and you now have some Ghost footprints!!!

I must say I am loving this cute little idea!! A big thanks to pintrest!! I am sure there will be lots more fun things made because of this site!!

Halloween Cookie Playdate!!

My dear friend Candice invited us over this past Friday for a Cookie Playdate! We had such a GREAT time!!

We started out with some pumpkin bean bag toss...well, Emery did anyways. Max headed off with Noah, Eli, Ella Kate, and Maggie off to the playroom.
Emery acted like she knew just what to do with the beanbags! So cute! Ella Kate came and played with her some. I LOVE this pick of the two of them!

Emery was mad I put her down so she found something else fun to do! LOL

Not sure what Noah was saying here but looks like "ta dah!"

Max was saying "booooooooo" with the ghost cookie cutter! Too funny!

Some serious concentration goes into cutting out cookies....loving the tongue sticking out!

Sweet little Maggie just sat at the table so good during all the cookie cutting!

Emery on the other hand was TICKED I wasn't holding her...but really she just wanted to eat the cookies! LOL I quickly got her and Mags a snack and they were super happy!!!

How funny is it that Max and Noah have their tongue sticking out while using the roller! I am guessing that helps them concentrate....

Being super SILLY! Love it! Good thing we were done cutting out cookies with those :)

Max and Noah ran off to play some pumpkin bean bag while the cookies were baking!
