Soccer Game and Linley's Birthday at Tigers Game!

On Saturday Oct. 20th we had a slightly busy day!! We started our morning out with soccer game #3. I only got to watch the first 15 minutes of it since I was helping with the Christmas in the Valley Show from 10-2pm. But I gotta tell you those first 15 minutes were so fun to watch!!
Max scored 3 goals in that time!! Way to go buddy!! I had to leave and that is why I only have a few pictures from the game. He did score once more after I left. But for some reason the other coach ended the game 15 min early. Craig said the other team just wasn't very interested in playing. Max's team won again!! So so proud of them!!
Like I said before I was at the show most of the day. The kids came home and got their play on with Daddy. Then I got home about 4 and we headed out to go to our niece Linley's birthday party!! She wanted to tailgate and go to the Memphis Tigers Homecoming game!!
Off to see the Tiger!! Emery so thought she was one of the BIG girls!!
So pretty!! Linley decided that Emery was her little baby for the day! She was so good with Emery!! So sweet to have such a caring cousin!!
Ready to go into the game!!

The kids were memorized at first!!

They just sat and watched all the opening stuff.

Then Craig took them down so they could see the players and action up close! The kids LOVED that!! We ended up staying until about half of the third quarter left. The kids were done. I think it was like 9:30 at that point.

And both of them PASSED out on the way home!! LOL That is what I call having a GREAT time!!!
It was so wonderful to be off and get to have a fun Sat night with my family!! And so blessed to get to celebrate my niece's 7th birthday!! Happy Birthday sweet Linley!! We LOVE you!!!

Fall Fun at School!!

Last Thursday Oct. 18th we had a Fun Fall Festival at the kids school!!
I got a few pictures at home before we left!!

Kids did so good for pictures!! Guess they are finally getting use to me taking a billion zillion pictures all the time ;)
We actually came to school a little later today since they didn't need me to be there till 9:45 to help. I dropped Max in his room and then Emery. I stuck around and watched her make a little sheep with Mrs. Laura! So cute!!
Then it was time for all the littles to go out and have FUN!!! First up was the train ride!!
Then off to do a little bouncing!! Most of the kids weren't so sure about this thing!

The little pumpkin patch!! Vivian, Emery and Crawford!! Three little cuties!!
Pony rides!! I was so IMPRESSED that Emery did this!!!
And even more impressed that she let a man help her ride it!! So so PROUD of her for being such a BIG girl!!
Off to the petting zoo!!
They had some baby chicks, a goat, and a bunny!

Then lastly picking out a pumpkin!! They all got to pick one out to take home!
Attempting a class picture of the 2 years old...not too bad!! Ha!
Emery's playtime was over about 10:50 and Max's started at 11. I ran to get a drink and when I got back he was already out and on the pony!! WHAT?!! I couldn't believe it!! This is his first time to do this. Both my kids surprised me today!! So PROUD of you Max for trying something new!!

The petting zoo was up next! Max and all his friends enjoyed the puppy the most!! He was a cute little rowdy thing!!

Riding on the train!!

Max, Doug and Davis!! Best buds!! They were having a blast together today!!

Time to BOUNCE or WRESTLE!! LOL The boys were all over "accidentally" knocking each other down!! Ha!! I would say this was all the 4 year olds favorite part of the day!!
Picking out pumpkins!! Maddie and Mercedes were very excited about which one they were going to get!!

Class pic of the 4 yr old class!! They were all screaming "PUMPKINS!!!" So cute!!
Had such a WONDERFUL time spending some time with my kids and their classes today!! I might have used up most of my "alone" day but it was TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! Feeling so blessed!!

Cookies for Granddaddy!!

We made cookies the other night (Oct 17th) for Granddaddy birthday party! We actually made him a German chocolate cake and made the cookies for all the kids!
I let Max and Emery pick them out! Max picked out ghost ones and Emery picked out "pincess" ones!! They were so excited to help get them ready to cook!
Lining them up!! I had to help a little after they had all 48 cookies on the cookie sheet....not sure they would have turned out looking so good. LOL
Yummy Yummy!

Thursday and Friday of Fall Break....

On Thurs (oct. 11th) we followed Doctor's orders and we stayed in ALL day!! We even stayed in our pjs all day!! It was wonderful for the the most part. We did lots of fun things to stay busy. Max and Emery had the most fun playing Rock em Sock em together!!
On Friday morning Dr. C wanted to see us at 8. She actually came in on her day off to check Emery out. She was worried she could get worse and then we would be going into the weekend with noone to contact. Seriously LOVE our pediatrician!!
Anyways...I got kids up and dressed and ran out the door...forgetting to FEED them!! Oops! So we ran through Chickfila for a biscuit! Emery was acting like a CRAZY girl while eating. First acting like it was making her sick....
Then acting scared....she is such a nut!! Dr. C said she still sounded bad but was definitley on the mend! Praise the LORD!!! We are headed in the right direction! She also had to stick Em for blood work so that developed into a quick trip to Walmart for
A $5 dollar movie on sale and a couple of 97 cents color packs!
Then back home to play!!
We colored...
We played camping....
We chilled a little...
Then we made a quick run to get Max's haircut. You know it's bad when your child comes and asks you "Mom will you please get my hair cut!" LOL
Emery on the way to the haircut wanted to take her baby along. She was very serious when she said "Baby needs to buckle up too!" She kept saying "baby safe!" LOL I LOVE this girl!! She keeps us laughing!!
For the most part we followed Doctor's orders and stayed away from others in hopes the kids would get well and not pick up any more illness!! Praying for both of them to be back to normal next week!!
