Miss Emery is 14 months today!!! Seriously where has the time gone!!! I mean didn't we just have her first birthday party like yesterday!!
Little Miss thing is weighing in at around 21 lbs. Her height is...(will add this when I measure).She is still wearing size 3 diapers and 12 month clothes. Starting to wear some 18 month stuff in tops. I need to get her foot measured but I am thinking she is close to a size 4. Her foot has grown quite a bit this month. Looks so long and skinny!
She is SO BUSY BUSY BUSY!! Now that she is a 100% walker (forgot to do a blog post on that...she has been walking good for about 2 wks now..oops!). She is constantly on the go. She does not sit still for very long at all! She loves to get into anything that she is NOT suppose to get into...like toilet paper, playing in the toilet (G-R-O-S-S), trashcans (double gross), fireplace, I think you get the picture!
She LOVES all her babies!! I will have to post a pic but lately she wants to take ALL of them to bed with her. That means we are sleeping with like 10 stuffed animals/babies, 2 lovies, and a blanket! Ha! She will point to each one and say "yea yea" and keep pointing to all of them until she is holding them ALL! It is quite adorable! As for sleeping...she has started to wake between 7-7:30am. Naptime around 1 and she usually sleeps about 2 hrs. Then bedtime is between 8:15 and 8:30!
Still not much of a bow girl! I got her to wear one for some of these pictures because I put that black bow on her teddy bear and she pulled it off and walked around with it. Guess she forgot she had one on her head! LOL I don't even try and put them on her to leave the house because she pulls it right off and hands it to be right away!
She is becoming quite the little smartie pants!! Notice below she knows where her bow goes when she takes it out! Emery knows where her eyes, nose, mouth, ears, hair, hands, and feet are!! She also is starting to do things when we tell her. Like when we say it is time to eat (first she usually claps and says "yea, yea") she runs over to her high chair and stands there. When we say it is time to go she will go look for her shoes! She really tries to mimic a lot of things we do and say! I just love it!!
She has lots of new words...she is saying "ca ca" (cracker), "tank you" (thank you), "pee" (please),"no no" (she says this after she gets told no no for something...she will go to it and say no no), "up" and I am sure more. Like I said she tries to mimic and copy things we say and do!
Saying "uh oh" (one of her favorite words) because she took her bow out again and I was asking her where her bow was! Ha!
She loves to play with paper towel rolls or toilet paper rolls. She will go crazy when she sees one. She likes to yell and sing into them. So funny what certain things toddlers get excited for!! She absolutely LOVES to give kisses!! She will give me one and then whoever else is in the room. She loves to sit in my lap and give hugs too!! I just love that she is getting so lovey lovey!!
We are throwing some serious tantrums these days!! Emery will start screaming and slap her face or hit her head on the floor. I so remember when Max did this at this age. It is so funny because they just get so frustrated so easily!! At least at this age you can divert their attention to something else quick and they are back to normal in just seconds!!
Trying to get a chair picture again! This girl just would not sit in the chair today....I thought maybe holding the pumpkin would help!!
Yea it did for about 5 seconds! LOL Off the subject...Notice in the pic, I got Emery a bookrack finally. Found one at PB Kids Outlet for 49 bucks. It was slightly damaged on one of the corners. I sprayed it black to match her furniture and you cannot even tell anything is wrong with it!! I am pretty much done with her room now. I must take pictures asap!! Only took me 14 months to get it done.
Favorite toys...her walker, babies, lovie, little house, ball pit, anything she can take the pieces all out and put them back in, and anything that is musical!
Favorite foods...turkey hot dogs, chicken, fruit, goldfish, ritz crackers, cheese puffs, veggie straws, dry cereals, blueberry waffles, and on and on....NOT a fan of rice, red meats, or any mushy foods like oatmeal, applesauce, etc. Doing pretty good with organic whole milk. I don't think she gets as much as she probably needs but she makes up for it in food. When she gets too much milk we have tummy troubles :(

I honestly can't believe that Emery is 14 months already. She has changed so much in this past month. Really talking a lot and learning so much everyday!! I love that she is walking now and even trying to run!! We are just having so much fun watching her grow and change all the time!! We are truly just so blessed to have such a sweet little girl!!
