Big Backyard at Botanical Gardens!

Went to Big Backyard at Botanical Gardens this past week with some friends Samantha and two of her boys Brantley and Brayden and Jennifer and her two boys Issac and Caleb. We had SO much FUN!

Max loved all the swings in the garden area!

Our first playhouse stop!

Max of course tried to pull the things off the wall. Ha!

I thought this was a cute picture of the boys checking out the wall of goodies!

This was our next stop and I think it was one of Max's FAVORITES! They had all kinds of different mallets and things to play musical instruments. You could beat on everything in this house to make LOT of NOISE!
Max and Caleb making there way up!

Max loved being able to beat on everything for it to make different noises!

Loved this pic! He is on his tippy toes to play the xylophone!

Max and Brantley hitting the mixing bowls on the wall! I think those were the most noisy of all!

What a face!

After pulling Max out of the house of rock and running after him a few times because he kept trying to go back! HA! We went over to the little Country home! It had a clothes line out so you could pretend to wash clothes and on the inside of the house was a chalk board. Caleb and Max played a little with the chalk!

We took a little break and sat on the back porch! We all had some yummy watermelon Italian ice! We got cooled off and went to play some more! We started off in this nature area! Can't remember what it was called.

Now that is one BIG bird nest!

Max sat in this area for a minute and played! Just love the tables made out of tree trunks!

Okay if you look closely at Max's eyes in this picture....I am pretty sure he is telling me he has ha ENOUGH of the pictures! Ha! I did take quite a few pictures today!

Everything in this area was about nature!

Next stop was the Treetop Adventure! It was a big playground!

Max wasn't too sure about the bridge!

This was a ramp all the way up to the treetop area. Max ran down the entire ramp. It was pretty long. It was too cute watching his little legs go!

This was inside the tree house. It had all kinds of learning things about birds!

Our last and final stop! The RAINDROP SHOP! I think this area was Max's all time FAVORITE! Because of course it involved water! It had this wadding area to play in!

While we were playing in the creek area it started thundering and then down came the rain from all these sprinkler heads!

Max loved it! I couldn't believe it! He was running through the ran and laughing with all the big kids! He was absolutely SOAKED when the rain stopped!

He didn't care about being wet! He went right back over to the creek area after the rain stopped and was splashing around!

He just sat right in that water like it was a pool just his size! So adorable!

Splashing around with the big boys!

Tried to get a picture of him sitting in the boat....but the boy wanted back in the water! Max it such a little water lover!

A little more splashing!

After a little crying I got Max away from the water! It was lunchtime!

I striped Max down while he ate so that he would be dry enough to put on clean clothes! He didn't seem to mind! We had a picnic lunch while everyone was drying!

All dry and packed up ready to go home!

We didn't get out of the parking lot good and Max was asleep!

What a FUN day! Can't wait to go back again!

Go TiGeRs!

Max looked cute in orange but he also looked pretty cute in his BLUE! Got to wear his blue for hid daddy! Go Tigers!

Max upset here because he wanted to go outside and play around the pool!
Don't my boys look so cute in their blue attire! This was the first Tigers game and Craig's aka daddy's birthday! Sunday Sept. 6th! Happy Birthday babe! So glad we got to spend some time together on your birthday! Hope to spend MANY more birthday with you in the years to come!

Quick family shot! It was NOT easy! Max is way too busy! Yes I am wearing blue! I try and support my hubbie when the Tiger game is on a different day than Vols!

So we celebrated Craig's bday with a TCBY ice cream cake!

Lets just say the cake looks better than it tasted! It was pretty disappointing! It was freezer burned! YUCKY! Sorry babe! I will try and do better next year!

Making some wishes!

Thanks to my mom for having some yummy food for Craig on his birthday! I got to sleep so I could go back to work and was thinking we would celebrate another day! Instead we got to celebrate on Craig's actual birthday! Thank goodness for moms! She helped make Craig's day special!

HOw bOut thEm VOLS!

Max enjoyed watching the UT football game with his Momma, Nana, and Gramps on Saturday!

Go BIG ORANGE!

Max relaxing in the recliner!

We ate some game day food and just enjoyed some family time! It was nice to have the VOLS win their opening game! Wahoo! Hope to see many more wins this year!

Max's 1st Red Birds Game!

Went to the Redbirds game this past Friday night for Craig! He wanted to go see Redbirds vs Oklahoma team. It was great weather and we had a lot of FUN!

Sweet family picture!

We all had barbecue nachos but Max refused to eat the barbecue so we got him a gamedog instead! He LOVED it!

Here is Max dancing to the fun music they were playing! I just love watching him dance! So adorable!

Check out his cute outfit I made! I actually already had the shorts made to go with another shirt but I made this shirt so he would have a cute outfit for the baseball game!

Max played with water bottles most of the time we were there! Such a silly little boy!

He was watching Rocky the Redbird here! So attentive!

He wanted to sit in a seat like us but he didn't weigh enough. The seat kept folding up on him so we would hold it down so he could sit. He didn't like that we had to hold it down.

So then he tried to climb over the seat to the next isle! My lil boy thinks he is as big as us! He really thinks he can do ANYTHING! Ha!

Not sure what he was looking at here. But just thought it was a cute picture!

He was pointing at something and telling Gramps about it! Have NO idea what he was looking at! Ha!

Gramps and Max getting some water! Max LOVES playing with the water fountains!

Max getting some of Nana's ice cream! I think it is hilarious that he is closing his eyes when he gets a bite! He kept saying mmmmmm! So cute!

Such a cute picture of Max and daddy!

So we thought it would be fun for Max to go and meet Rocky the Redbird before we left! We stood in line and Max kept reaching for him. But once it was our turn Max started freaking out! He did NOT want to get too close to Rocky! It was pretty funny!

We stayed for about 2 hrs and headed home! Max did really well overall and we think he had a good time! Fun times!

FREE Tupperware!

So I had a Tupperware party a couple of weeks ago to support my brother who is selling it! I had almost a 1500 dollar party! It turned out to be a big success for my brother! I was very excited and on top of it I got ALL this Tupperware for a mere cost of $62 dollars! Isn't that AWESOME! I got almost $600 bucks of Tupperware for $62 dollars!

Here is a picture of most of all the orders I got! Only a few had been given out. Can you believe all that Tupperware! I had FedEx drop off 8 big boxes! It was lots of fun going through it all and separating it into bags for all my wonderful friends and family that ordered!

Here is a pic of everything together! I got almost as much as all my friends orders! Crazy huh!

So if anyone is interested in having a party or a catalog party then you should let me know! My brother would LOVE to have a party for you to help you get lots of FREE Tupperware! And if you don't want to have a party but you are just in need of some Tupperware just go to Tuppeware.com and look for John Norrell! My brother will take good care of you!

My little ARTIST!

I bought Max some big crayons and drawing paper the other day! He is already in love with coloring!

He took right too it! Guess he got some of his momma's artistic abilities!

We only got a little crayon on the tiles....and I didn't even get stressed out because it washed right off! So great for washable crayons!

I had a hard time getting the crayons away from him after we were finished! We had quite a bit of tears!

The finished product! We put a Happy Birthday on the side and gave it to daddy for his birthday! Daddy LOVED his first piece of artwork from Max!
