Ft Morgan Day 2

We woke up at 8am to a beautiful day! We ate some breakfast while listening to the ocean! Can't beat that!

Max had to get his teeth clean before we headed down to the beach!

This is the view outside the front of Condo. Notice the rainbow! So neat!

Another view from front of our Condo!

Off to beach...we found some really cool swings that Max fell in love with. He wanted on them every time we passed by!

The path to the beach. Max loved the freedom of walking down to the beach on his own! He took off running every time!

Just having a little chill time....you all know that lasted about 2 seconds with Max....

And off he goes....saying "wa wa" "wa wa"...he was off to fill up his water can!

The ocean was pretty rough again today. It was windy but not so bad sand was blowing on us like yesterday. There was a red flag out so we didn't get in the ocean.

Sweet little feet!

Max wasn't quite 16 months yet...but close enough! Just love baby footprints in the sand!

A little sand playtime!

Max was bound and determined to go to the ocean over and over again on his own. However we were telling him NO here and he had a small meltdown!

After throwing his body right into the sand....he was quite upset once we tried to pick him up because now he had sand ALL over his face and eyes!

I took him straight down and got him washed off....of course he LOVED that! He got what he wanted back in the "wa wa"!

It was long after Max started heading back to the walkway saying "all done"! Too funny he was DONE with the beach!

We headed back in for naps! Max and Daddy took a nap while I got to spend a little time to myself on the beach! What a nice surprise that was! I was SO RELAXED!

After naps and all...it was starting to rain a little so we headed to the outlet mall to walk around! Max found this little truck to play in!

He had quite the time in it!

We ate dinner at Lamberts! Craig and Max had never eaten at the House of Throwing Rolls! So we figured it would be FUN times!

Max was throwing rolls before we left....LOL!

Balloon fun!

Max was biting the balloon here...notice Craigs face...I think he was little worried that Max was about to bust the balloon! HA!

Max figured out how to get Ice out of Craig's cup! He actually said the word ICE for the first time. It was quite adorable!

Heading back to the Condo....Max watched ELMO again!!!! I must say Elmo was a lifesaver because our Condo was a good 20-30 minutes from everything.

Day #2 was lots of FUN even if it did rain half the day! So sad that tomorrow is the last day!

Ft Morgan Day 3

Our last day...boo hoo! We woke up to it very overcast, windy, and yucky! So we got up and headed out to browse around the Gulf Shores area! We stopped in at The Original Oyster House for lunch! I must say it was VERY YUMMY!
Cheesing it up for his daddy!

Wasn't long before the sun was shining again! However it was SO WINDY! Check out the boys hair!

Max got a little nap in and then when he got up we gave him a sucker for the first time! He pretty much LOVED that!

I have never seen so much drool in my life though! He was a sticky mess after he got done! Don't worry Mrs. Ayers (the owner of condo) I promise we cleaned it ALL up!
Love this picture of him in is diaper! Max loved going in and out on the balcony!

Off to the beach again....couldn't resist the swings! They are on the way to the beach!

The rain left all kinds of fun little water areas! Max had a big time! We didn't get to stay too long though because it was so windy! It was 80 degrees but felt cooler because of the wind!

Max and his water can! Thanks Mrs. Ayers Max had lots of beach toys to play with! The condo was stocked with everything!

Just a beautiful picture! Don't you wish you were there right now!!!!
I DO!
Another fun little pool of water to play in! We built up some sand castles. Max liked how the tide came up enough to get his toes!

Our busy little boy!

Pushing cars in the sand! He is ALL boy!

After a little beach time we headed up to get ready for some dinner! Max learned how to push the elevator buttons pretty quick! So cute! He is just growing up so FAST!

We ate dinner here....

One of our favorite places! The atmosphere was laid back! The restaurant was right on the ocean. Max had a great time because he could run around everywhere. It was VERY child friendly!

Hanging outside of the restaurant listening to a live band!

Got a little Foosball action on! (not sure on the spelling of Foosball....)

There were little sitting areas all around! The place was really neat!

We had such a GREAT time! Can't wait to go back AGAIN!!!!!

Pumpkin Patch!

We went to Priddy Farms Pumpkin Patch this morning with our dear friends and neighbors Amy, Cooper, Charity and Hannah!
Love to see all the pumpkins everywhere!

Max right off was saying wow...wow...to all the pumpkins!

He had a lot of fun playing up by the pumpkins....

He was having fun until I tried to take a picture.....then the tears started!

Okay so he is smiling here only because I am tickling his leg! Lol!

Off to play in the car.....Max sat in this same car last year....I need to put the pictures up next to each other. I am sure there is a HUGH difference.

Thing are still going good...only because we are playing in the car.....

Okay so we try to attempt some pictures of all three kiddos.....
I made shirts for all the kids! Spider webs for the boys and Hannah got the girly spider! They turned out really cute. We had lots of compliments on them at the pumpkin patch!
These few pictures were taken at the end. Amy took some at the beginning and they were hilarious! Max was crying in ALL of them because he was just MISERABLE...one because of he is working on all 4 of his "i" teeth and two because I had just taken him out of the car! Oh and he was cold, tired and hungry! Lol!

If you look close.....Max is crying again.....

Sweet friend of mine! Notice Max and Hannah chewing on their fingers and Cooper is checking them out! Too funny!

Okay so I tried to get a few pictures of Max by himself.....ha! Yeah right! He was crying in these too!

Okay....we are happy again because we are playing in another car or is this a van!?

Caught a cute pic of Max and Hannah....now if Cooper would have popped his head around.....

They had a good ole time with all the different cars at the farm....I mean who knew they were at a pumpkin patch....

Thought this was cute....looks like the boys are taking a little break....

This was the last pic I took before Max starting having another meltdown...that was my cue to leave asap! I didn't even buy a pumpkin! AHHHHH! Guess we will have to go back!

We headed back to Amy's house and had some lunch together. I just love these girls and their kiddos! I am sure going to miss having the six of us together all the time!

SpOoKtaCulAr!

So I made this yummy Key Lime Cheeseball for Bunco group the other night! I put a slight twist on it...the mix is actually a Tastefully Simple cheeseball mix. All you add is cream cheese. Let it sit for 2hrs or more and presto you have a Key Lime Cheeseball! The little crumbles come with the mix too!
Since it was a Halloween theme Bunco I decided to make the cheeseball a little more festive! Threw on a spider web in chocolate icing and added a few spiders! Turned out pretty cute and it was VERY YUMMY!
